It's just Bio Hazard with the uncut colored intro that was rumored in some sites like mobygames. So I would thought that the original Biohazard on PSX had the uncut colored intro instead of the usual black and white intro.

So what we've got here is a link to download the full retail PS1 JP version of the game with the intro swapped for the one thats from the PC version? Still not uncut though is it, unless you replaced Kenneths head scene.

Good guess, but no. the intro was swapped from that of the french director's cut psx version. The version you're about to download has the Kenneth's head scene too.
