RE Outbreak Default character ID's

Hey, I need the default character ID's for character modifier codes. I keep looking at the character modifier code lists and they list every character except the default ones (you know Kevin, Mark, Jim, etc.) And I need the proper values please. Also are there anymore working character models aside from the ones posted?

I read that the models for the default characters started at like C8 or 9 but I tried CC for George and it resulted in a mess. And the George at that ID didn't seem to have any stats. so I'm not sure if this is the right George or not.
