Actually bootlegs are getting better and better you just need a reliable source. I don't participate in the piracy of movies but I know some that do and the posters and segments about "Cinema pwns Pirate" are way off. If you know the right 'net site/dealer you'll get a perfectly viewable copy of ?????. Certainly not HD quality and maybe not DVD but better than VHS at least . . .

It's true what Rancid Cheese says about pirated DVDs. I don't like to but them as I support the movie industry all the way (I plan to go into film school) but there are some real good looking DVDs out there. Has anyone else ever seen this: I was out at some house in the city and the people there where watching the new rocky when it was in theaters and it had property of MGM flash on the screen every so often. No one seen this?

Screeners ;) Pretty common now-a-days. Usually done with promotional dvd's given to reviewers and such at the release. I dont partake in that sort of thing anymore but I used to be pretty heavy into download movies.

I remember seeing a rough cut screener of Jeeper's Creeper's 2. The picture had all the numeric codes running along the bottom and sometimes it went white with "Scene Missing". Damn that was funny . . .

Just to give people an idea of how quickly you can get current films in DVD quality, The Simpsons was released just last week on DVD, and Die Hard 4 is already out there.

UK cinema's cleansed of utter shite for an extra two months. Good work! :lol:

I'll still download the DVD of this though.

I actually like the movies so i am looking forward to seeing this one. And yes, i think the second movie is better than the first. *ducks for cover*

I might buy the book whilst i'm waiting, since its already out

I enjoyed the novelisations and the films themselves at a purely big budget fanfic level although you could argue they were casual fans rather than die hard but anyway i'll need to look up the new one. Thanks for bringing it to my attention rewak . . .

Australia gets it in September. I am tempted to get a screener but I am not sure yet....I wanna see the debut in like the cinemas just for that effect =P

I'll download whatever comes out. I support the movie industry and all, but i aint waiting an extra 2 months for no reason whatsoever.

I liked both movies as well, except for Paul F'in Anderson is a douche bag director...Yay highlander director for the third...I heard that it was way awesome...

"yes I was the first one to see this movie well what can I say this movie has to be may favorite Resident evil movie. The movie kicks off fast maybe a little to fast but hey you get to see a guys head blow up and a couple of zombies get to them.It's just Las Veagas thats infected in the begging but then it gets personal. That one dude from the the frist one who gets infected is back and really mad at Alice. Go see when it comes out it's good [my brother is Russell Mulcahy"

seriously dont look if you dont want to have any info about the third movie...

I really hated the movies to date.
*and as a film grad I really find the mistakes in RE and RE: Apoc to be unbearable, same for lousy location filming and leaving canadian landmarks in shot etc*

So this 2 month delay isn't really going to bother me at all.

May Paul Anderson die of Rabies and his Remains scattered to each corner of the earth for safe keeping so that they may never be united again

Not yet I just got a Wii for my birthday there so it'll probably be a while before I accumulate the necessary chinyen for a 360. In saying that all other purchases are on hold until I get one or something truly sweet comes out for the Wii ie Manhunt 2 or Metroid Prime 3.
