  • Admin/Staff activating New Member Accounts

It looks like people are hoaxing as new members with one posing as a girl yesterday and using fake pictures from a "celebrity's" web page on the photo topic.
Its nothing major, happens all the time but its kind of irritable all the same considering that Arlumit character did stunts like that all the time.

I know everyone has lives here but would it be possible to scrutinise new member IP's to make sure people aren't pissing about on multiple accounts etc?

    Just a suggestion.

seriously though, i had this sort of trouble at my forums too. so i set it for admins to activate accounts. it spams up your box but at least i got to weed out some bots while i was at it

Theres enough staff members who could do it here anyway from the looks of it.
Try to keep this on topic please not to be a net nazi but I did make the topic for a specific reason.

And yet brutal and metal at the same time, go figure.
ANyway, back on topic, I really think if not IP activation, someone with access to IP addresses checking up on multiple accounts at any rate.

The answer is simple. Random IP screening...

As the way screening is done in the airports... Just and unbiased

                          ([/sarcasm])
