A Technical Question

Does anyone know how to split the voice part of a music track from the instrumental? I have Audacity, but I can't find anything about it on there that can help.

Yes it involves phase inversion look for a VST plugin called KnockOut it gives the best results it's what I use in my mixes you'll need to install the vst bridge if you want to use it with audacity.
