Okay, I've tried everything. Someone who has the game... I require assistance.

So I'm at
Midwich, and the problem is there's a keypad to unlock the door. The number is actually etched into the side, so I tried it and it doesn't work. It's only a four-number combination, but every single combination of those four numbers refuses to unlock the door.

Like I said, I've searched everywhere for answers, and found nothing. It's making me tear my hair out. Help! D:

Edit: This is for Shattered Memories, btw.

Hint: The number etched on the keypad is a locker number.

Hint 2: The Toucan. You pretty much have to had passed by it during the chase.

Seems like this game has some silly puzzles

Not really, just usually most are related to children, fitting 'cause Harry is looking for his daughter. Many of them relate to his memories with her.

I haven't picked up the game yet so I'll have to get a copy and make fun of the childish puzzles

I didn't say childish. I said relating to children. As in, they're real puzzles, but with things children would use, like gumball machines or one of those little mini-pianos.

Hence the name?
...Kind of. -.-

The first SH was my hardest one to play TBH. The puzzle there was confusing me and heck sometimes I don't know where to go.
