The Mercenaries operation mad jackal "Umbrella Woman"?

Hi,

I think I read this on a guide I used to have from the RE 3 game, the woman you save at the Press building in the mercenaries minigame was referenced as "Umbrella woman", meaning she was an Umbrella worker. Was this actually referenced in the game or she was just a random woman?

I don't have a playstation anymore so I can't check it.

I don't remember how she looks, but wasn't she the women from Umbrella's ads (the ones you need to view in order to get the password to the storage room).
