New rules about Retail games

The new rules bans the posting of Retail games etc, but we have posted many times the backgrounds extracted from them, they are part of the game, so posting them breaks the rules of non posting pirated materials, or not?

Bits of the game are usually OK. Basically, could you get around buying the game if you clicked download? If the answer is yes, then it's not cool. Downloading the backgrounds, or the script, or even the cutscenes won't let you play the game. The exception is a game soundtrack, as game OST's are a common extra you can buy.
