Nope, not real. Its a video on the complete disc which is in every version of that game. 4 videos if memory serves, NOT a demo as this asshat says.

I never understand these people that make these accusations and to a lesser extent (some of) the people that post on the forums saying they have the demo or know how to get a hold of it. Do you think they all really do believe they have access to it or are consciously out to agitate people? I really don’t think this will ever surface on an auction site, if anyone has access to the code then they would know right who to go to with it and would likely try and bleed them dry.
