How to make the Japanese version Biohazard 4 uncensored?

I was wondering if you guys can help me make the Japanese version of biohazard 4 uncensored with decapitations and stuff on my wii or on PC?

You can probably download some form of patch for the PC version. For the Wii, I doubt it's possible as modding a console is a strenuous and annoying process, not to mention rather illegal. For the Wii, you'd be better off finding a PAL version of the game.

It's one byte away from the language setting, you can censored the us/eu version too and get bh ashley camera in the castle

Ask zaia, I haven't touched re4 for a while now, i'm too lazy, I should really get back to it one day, saw on subscribed youtube videos lots of new stuff found
