i havent come across this mod before, maybe it cant be done

if possible....can you change most/all the rooms in resident evil to with 1.5 rooms or whatever

but thats it....u would play the game with usual scenes, same items etc, play against the same bosses but the thee only difference is being the rooms

is that possible?

In theory, yes. Mostly because a lot of the beta rooms for 1.5 that we have backgrounds for are from the lab, and so the boundaries for those exist in RE2.

Without those boundaries, things get difficult.

Yeah, in theory you'd think it would be no problem for the labs. But in practice, no. While the labs share a largely similar design, they are not exactly the same and boundaries and such will not match up in most cases well enough.

but can u work on boundaries with other rooms or will that take ages?

RE2 uses more than 1.200 backgrounds and 250 rooms.. if you want to change them all and if you are doing all the work alone, it will take years if you are not working, going to school or have anything that some people would call a life...:(

That's the price you must pay for using the RE engine..
