It only has about 33 members right now but it is slowly growing. It's pretty cool. No real rules to speak of just no outright flaming other members. No censor, no nothin. Only thing is its just a forum so if you want codes and stuff you'll have to go to gamefaqs.
Elusion has a THIA. It's Rapid from gamefaqs (the one and only lolz) I forget, were you into that CYOA I posted called Resident Evil 5 <Gamefaqs>: Curse of the Updater S. Well if so you'll find it and several of the gfaqs users at http://krissynz.proboards.com/index.cgi. It really is better than gfaqs. No crazy mods or anything.
