Can someone provide me a little advice with low poly models?

Hello. One time ago, Gemini provides me a diagram about knees articulations and animations in low poly models. I have to say that works perfect, and obviously thanks. But I am fighting several weeks with a correct polygons disposition for the shoulders. When I animated the model, always have terrible deformations. Can someone provides me some diagram or advice for the shoulders??? Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
