Anyway. My wife is doing better today, and will hopefully be home in two or three days. Mostly they're making sure there are no complications, pumping her full of anti-biotics, stuff like that.

Yeah, so do I. It could have been a lot worse but it's all been pretty scary. Plus I've got two small kids I need to take care of who can't come with me to the Derby's High Dependency Unit so I need to keep grabbing my house mates to baby sit.

Alright, essentially things went a little wrong. Although the labour went perfectly the placenta wouldn't come and Diana started loosing blood. A lot of blood. For someone who was anemic to start with...

She had to have some surgery and a blood tranfusion, but she is OK at the moment. I'm going to go see her in a few hours to check up on her.

Alright, update. The labour went well but there were complications for Diana after. She's had to go to hospital. She's OK though.
