Who cares. That's not the point news bits even get posted here. Just to be on the front page. The point is to inform RE fans about anything that is new and fresh in regards to their beloved franchise. And not having them wonder around the whole forum trying to find the thread where they posted a particular news bit.

Anywhoo.... ORC news: Resident Evil: Raccoon City PC release date

Nice, glad to see it wasn't scrapped and absorbed into RE6. I still feel as though it will have a few ties to it though, as Degeneration was to RE5.

                    • Capcom UK expects ORC to be very successful despite "depressed market".

UK product manager Karl Reader said: "Consumers are buying brands they can trust. The Resident Evil brand is synonymous with high production values and quality gaming experiences. We have an extensive DLC plan to further that longevity.

“We know our Resident Evil audience very well; the real challenge is to captivate a wider audience with a new take on team-based action horror. We couldn’t be in a stronger position to achieve just that.”

The game will be backed by mobile ads, homepage takeovers and a variety of ‘rich media’ marketing

The lack of humor makes it difficult to tell.

It's actually pretty common. As common as false-deaths go, anyway.
