Here's an interesting point. If Umbrella would have never been founded, The Raccoon city disaster would have never occured, so obviously Leon would still be a regular cop at the RPD. So, Leon would have never became a U.S. special agent and someone else would have been sent to rescue the president's daughter from Saddler, which would have most definitely been killed lol. So I think we can come to the conclusion that if Umbrella was never founded, Saddler and the los illuminados would take over the world, infecting everyone with the plagas. Interesting....
