Castlevania DLC just mysteriously went online 4 hours ago, not sure if it's only in the U.S. or not.

Yea that's a good point. I was checking my twitter this morning and Kojima was celebrating it's release in Japan today so hopefully you hit the nail on the head and they will release it in the next week or two. I've been meaning to try and finish it's platinum, but I've also had my hands full with AC:Brotherhood and MMA. My friend who works at Gamestop was telling me how screwed I am because all the games I'm looking forward to come out within 3 months of eachother. Dead Space 2, Duke Nukem, Mortal Kombat.

Two many games. Too little time. Also, I need to ease up on the collector's editions, it's burning a hole through my wallet like nobody's buisness. $150 for MK: Tournament Edition? Holy hell.

Liking it so far, but been busy with Vanquish, Deadly Premonition and a pile of other games recently. The DLC might make it before new year's, I think it might've just been "held back" whilst the Japanese release was wrapping up, so they could do simultaneous launch of the DLC (or at least not have to worry about additional version compatibility issues that haven't been ironed out pre-launch)

Did you like CV? I'm pretty excited for the dlc, they said it would be released before new year's but I don't see that happening.

Ended up grabbing a regular edition on sale at Zavvi.com.

Seems like my options for a PAL C.E. was either to import it for blood money from the UK or grab one with French, Italian or German cover from the respective countries of said languages... Sadly. I kinda wanted one with a PEGI rating on it, so the UK was a no go when they ended up using BBFC instead of PEGI on theirs.

Thanks Carn. I still want to hear about your Castlevania experience though, I remember you and a few others having trouble getting the collector's edition.
