Funny you mention the music in the RE5 alt. edition sounding like MGS. That latter stage in RE5 with those conveyor belts reminded me of the blast furnace BGM from MGS1.

kevstah2004,I have a thory about the BSS format,and I have been testing it,and so far its working.

try this...
split the BSS into BS,open up the hex editor and edit the BS,skip the first 2 offsets(00 10) edit everything intell offset 200,skip offset 200 and contenue to edit everything intell 400 skip it repeat,you would have skipped 600 800 a00 c00 e00 1000 and so forth..get the pattern here?
