Seriously though, I've been given the run around by Sony, Travelex, SunCorp/Vero Insurance and other things in the span of a few weeks so it's been somewhat of a given that I'm a bit irritated about poor customer service and/or public relations when it shouldn't be that hard to improve it to handle situations.
