@ Difficulty - I guess Raid mode is ruined by co-op, since you can play that solo or co-op.

And what are you going to be in those solo parts? Wait for the other player to finish the chapter?
Raid mode was created with co-op in mind and it's a different mode. You can basically play the whole campaign in co-op through Raid mode.
