3.5 powers just means it was in Resident Evil 3.5, Where Leon supposedly got some USE OUT OF THE VIRUS INSIDE HIM RATHER THAN IT BEING USED TO SIMPLY ADVANCE THE PLOT! Yes, that still irritates me. At least Krausers does something.
