Censored Resident Evil PC "Europe" release

Apparently there exists a censored version of Resident Evil 1 for the PC which only got released in Europe that features green blood is it the German release? theres also a censored gray blood version of RE3: Nemesis anymore info would be appreciated.

also I found out the PC versions have two extra weapons a MAC-10 for Jill and an FN Minimi for Chris also new outfits for Chris and Jill how do you get these?

I have the Asia PC version of RE1 and it's uncensored.

You get the MAC-10, FM Minimi & outfits after you complete the game. But I don't know if you have to beat the game quickly or something... I think that the 1st time you beat the game you get the outfits and the 2nd time you get the guns? I can't remember.... but I've unlocked both of them when I was playing RE1.

I think that you get a key that opens a door or drawer? can't really remember.. and there you find the outfits. Are you talking about these outfits or did these exist to the PSX version too, and you are talking about others that Capcom added?

I haven't played the PSX version of RE1...

I have the PC version as well but I don't remember how to unlock the weapons. I used this app called BioEditor to get them.

I got the rocket launcher in my PC version by completing the game without saving.

You can use first-aid sprays,
I'm not sure about time limits,
You can have any ending.

Play as jill or Chris ---> do not discard ANY keys

special weapons:
Ingram MAC-10 for Jill --> beat the game in less than 3:30 hs
Minimi for Chris --> beat the game in less than 3:30 hs
Rocket launcher ---> beat the game in less than 3 hs

The European vercion also is known for having chris's smoking scene censored.

Are you sure? That sounds kinda dodgy to me. I have to finish the game within a half-hour timeframe to obtain the machine guns? That really sucks, if it's true.

And what's with the 'do not discard any keys'? That doesn't make sense.

I'm pretty sure he just copied and pasted that off a website. You wouldn't believe the amount of cheats/hints/tips for Resident Evil PC I've found that don't work.

Alright, you post some solid proof that these hints work, and I'll believe you. Like I said, there's a lot of sites that give dud hints and tips.

Try the "do not discard any key" one is the easy one

I think most folk have. I've heard that cheat in regard to about four different things. One was all weapons are unlimited. Another was a universal key. One even had it as 'Play as Wesker'. It's pretty safe to say it doesn't work, on the PC version or the PS version. It may work on one of the others but you get nada for not discarding keys otherwise. And yes, I have tried it. Both versions. Including the special closet key. Without it, too.

As for the censored version...for some reason Germany has a thing about blood. Mortal Kombat and other games get the same treatment. There aren't any fatalities in MK, and all the blood is green. Resident Evil gets off relatively well. I don't think the intro is any more censored than normal and the blood tends to be a greenish hue now, but it's pretty much the same. They couldn't do that much to a game about zombies and release it.

What's strange is it's really, really easy to get hardcore porn in Germany. I remember, once, watching a German children's channel and an advert where you had a full frontal nude shot of both men and women came on. Apparently blood will send the population into fits of insanity, whereas porn is required for them to be well adjusted indidivuals.

if you do not discard any keys(except the desk ones duh!) and you do not save chris/Jill from de cell of the laboratory you obtein the closet key. Also you can obtain the closet key by saving chris-Jill.

weapons are unlimited: in pc only the minimi & the ingram are unlimited.
universal key & play as wesker = bullshit
