Converting gamecube codes from region to another?

How do you do it, I got as far as converting the codes back into raw form to compare the difference between values but got stuck on what to subtract or add so I can use it as a base to convert other codes for that game

"When it come to region converting, it isn't impossible but rather hard as you have to adjust varying values within the code itself and find the right sectors on the game that need to be modified. If the sectors are too different, code conversion won't work. If you post some codes, I can try to convert them for you."

EDIT: Those 2 codes you posted have different sectors, and code layout from one another. Those are an example of a code that can't be converted. And I know that you didn't want those to be converted.
