I just watched Moulin Rouge again. The first time I saw it years ago i hated it so much. But this time it wasn't so bad really.

I'm not a fan of Baz Luhrmans directorial style but i admit he's good at what he does, and is a talented director.

I hated his Romeo and Juliet movie, and the style he made it in, but i did love his use of symbolism and his visual technique in it, and in Moulin Rouge. My problem with Romeo and Juliet was that it was just completely stupid and unrealistic in parts. Same thing for Moulin Rouge but i liked that a lot better than Romeo and Juliet.

I must say he is a weird yet creative director though.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen - Like the first movie, there was way too much embarrassing juvenile humor for my tastes, but the action was incredible and helped to make up for the more cringe-worthy moments (and there were a lot).

    Oh, and...

    Spoiler:

Valkyrie - Excellent movie. I really don't understand why it was panned by so many critics. I thought it was fascinating.

Taken - A fun action movie. Liam Neeson sure is rather spry for someone his age.

Defiance - Oh man, I don't even know where to start. This is easily one of the most incredible films I have seen in a long time. Like Valkyrie, it was absolutely fascinating to watch, and I don't think it would have been nearly as powerful had it not been based on a true story. It also really cemented Daniel Craig as one of my favorite actors.

I just re-watched Aliens again and man that movie gets better every time i see it. James Cameron truly is an astounding director.

The casting of Bill Paxton as Private Hudson was a masterstroke. No one could do better then him, he was such a well done and interesting character. If capcom wants one liners to be in RE they should get some tips from Cameron first. Michael Biehn as Hicks was great too, and so was Ripley.

I really love the character progression from Alien to Aliens with Ripley, and the Colonial Marines are badass. Aliens is a prime example of how to do horror with action interspersed though it.

James Cameron makes the best sequels, Aliens and T2.

I'm gonna watch the directors cut version of Aliens soon, and Alien 3 as well.

Yeah it's not as good as the first 2, but I'm re-watching the entire Alien and Predator series. I'm watching Original version first, then the Directors cut versions. I'm gonna skip the AVP series though lol.

    Or Ralph Brown.

    "Cool your boots, man"

Either way, Alien 3 left such a sour taste in my mouth, I want to forget it.

Watched Beetlejuice for the first time today, it took me long enough to get around to it, I've had it since Christmas.

    Brilliant film though.

I loved the movie, but reading about how historically inaccurate it was made my heart bleed. To illustrate how bad it is- if Hollywood made a positive movie about Nazis killing the "racially inferior".

MissV, I think Bill Paxton made Aliens.

Saw Mistic River yesterday and Im still shellshocked. What an amazing movie.

I finally saw Minority Report. Amazing and original concept, could have been pulled off better, but in my opinion a great movie nonetheless.

I watched that Notorious film about Biggie. I never been a fan of Biggie his rhymes are ok but they aint real they not from his heart. He was rhyming about having bitches and diamonds when he was still broke as hell. I was enjoying the film until 2pac got shot (The first time) then it just got stupid they was trying to make Pac look like some psycho paranoid freak. There is two sides to every story and that film just told one. Was really biased and in the end made me feel abit sick inside, they are trashing a dead man who can't defend himself so I ended up turning the shit off. They should definatley do a film like this about Pac his life was a million times more interesting than Biggie. Also Hit Em Up destroyed Biggie can't believe that bitch Faith Evans is claiming 2pac raped her. It's real easy to talk shit about a dead man but when he was alive Bad Boy was scared shitless to mention 2pac's name.

There are it's called Live To Tell based on a play he wrote whilst in Jail for sexual assault too bad it won't be given any proper thought though and will twisted up into something completely different just like his last 3 albums have been poorly quickly put together mixtapes.
Faith never claimed pac raped her either it was just 2pac getting back at Biggie
for turning on him and the westcoast instead of joining 2pac's Thug Life group in fact before 2pac died he did three songs with her Happy Home (Original), Wonder Why They Call U Bitch (Original) and another. The reason I won't go to this film is because it's because it's the media's interpretation of Biggie, 2pac offered to kiss Biggie on the cheek and be friends again but Biggie refused and was too caught up making money and acting as if he was the eastcoast's leader with the man who to this day constantly rapes his career Puffy.

I heard a rumor about Live 2 Tell ages ago, it's been released now? I didn't believe it either but Faith Evans wrote an autobiography that came out lately and she say's in that book that she felt Tupac was going to rape her. Follow the link.

That's why I don't like Biggie he thought he was the best ever, he only did 2 or 3 albums and they ain't all that.

2010 apparently with Amaru though you never know after they ditched Johnny J after Better Dayz, I pretty much lost faith in them an Afeni after they started butchering his vocals to make him sound like was still alive, G-Unit and Eminem shootouts on LTTG wtf reminded of the shit they do on Letterman.
I think she told Biggie he raped her but I've seen many an interview with Faith and she's never had an ill word to say against him she's always stated that she wished Biggie and Pac settled their differences.
This is my view on the rape case as well

2pac claims the girl tried pulling his jeans down to give him a bj whilst dancing at the party.
2pac said he didn't even particularly like the girl but gave in due to peer pressure
and took her to his room at the hotel along with his guys.
2pac has sex with woman falls asleep the next morning 2pac is woken up
by the girl shouting rape down the room service telephone.
It's my opinion that during the time 2pac was asleep the guys he was with
from the other room tried something with the girl which she didn't like and blamed
2pac instead as she felt he should been protecting her.
2pac was found guilty of just touching her nothing else, Suge Knight pays
2pac's bail in the agreement he repays him by doing two albums for free you know the rest. After 2pac's death all charges are dropped.
If he had a brain, he'd be dangerous.
