Bring it on is a good movie. I remember watching it years ago.
Ive just recently seen a film called The Robe, directed by Henry Koster. It was released in 1953. It's very good, I haven't seen all of it yet, but Ill watch the ending as soon as I can. It's about a Roman Tribune who gets sent to Judea by Emperor Caligula because he saved a slave from being made into a Gladiator. The Slave accompanys him there. When they arrive they hear news of some sort of new king or messiah about the arrive. The tribune takes no notice and goes about his duties as a roman official. His slave however seeks out this king and tries to find him, and see's him riding into town and becomes a follower. Eventually the Slaves master, the tribune. Gets assigned by Pilate as the unit to execute this new king. And that's were I am up too. It's got a nice biblical twist and it's filmed brilliant;y and the way they portrayed slavery was very well done and is not something you would see in a modern movie. I think I like this older style much better. Ill have o go see the rest soon.![]()
I just saw "I love you man" Tonight in my hotel room. It was pretty funny! I laughed alot. Could of been a bit better but it still made me laugh quite alot.![]()
I finished seeing The robe. Brilliant Brilliant film. I wish they made more films like that today. The story was very interesting and I recommend you see it even if your not a fan of classic films. The only weak point is the acting could be considered a little melodramatic in parts. But that didn't bother me at all really.
Id give it a 9/10.
I also finally got myself a copy on Indiana Jones 4. And I did love it. I don't know why Indy 2 and Indy 4 get so much hate. Sure Indy 1 and Indy 3 were better but by no means do 2 and 4 suck. It's like 1 and 3 are 10/10, 2 and 4 are 9/10. I really did like all the Indy films, Nazi's or no Nazi's. Also Kate Blanchets Dr Irina Spalko character was quite mesmerizing I thought. She stole the screen in her every appearance. I really did love her character. She was my favorite throughout the entire film.![]()

There is no Indiana Jones 4. The series is only a trilogy, and a trilogy it shall forever remain.
Saw G.I. Joe this past weekend and thought it was awesome. It was pretty much everything I could want from a live action adaptation of one of my favorite cartoons/comics growing up. I enjoyed it more than Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, for that matter.
ROTF had better action, but G.I. Joe didn't have any of the ridiculous gags and "humor" that made ROTF so embarassing to watch. Yes, Joe had its fair share of eye-rollers, but nothing that made me facepalm like I did while watching ROTF.
no
he was in the show Even Stevens then as for his movies that came out before disturbia he was in was
Holes
Dumb and Dumberer (which sucked)
and I robot.
those are as far as i know but he has been a actor since the late 90's
I just watched Gran Torino. Great fucking movie awesome ending and story over all and some parts are just plain fucking funny.
Yeah, just saw that myself. Filmed about an hour away from where I live, and the girl in it is from Lansing like ten minutes away, which is awesome. That movie was absolutely heartwrenching at the end... but the final final scene was pretty funny. Just like him to do that, too. XP
Also, saw Funny People last night. Ugh, Judd Apatow should stick to comedic comedy, not dramatic comedy. The first hour and a half was brilliant, in all actuality a fair mix of drama and comedy, but the last hour is just a snorefest. I don't even think I laughed after the 90-minute mark. It's like two separate movies. Either leave after the first hour and a half (since the second half of the movie isn't really related to it at all), or bring a pillow. I can't believe I even waited for the movie to be over to pee, I wouldn't have missed much...
Still, the acting was really good on all ends despite the trash they were given (again, in the second half).

Watched Quarantine and REC. I reckon Quarantine was better. Much more intense and terrifying. Not to say that REC wasn't good, and almost as scary, but the song over the credits of REC was completely out of place. Some redneck-rock band. Really doesn't fit well a few seconds after some chick gets dragged into the darkness.
I think he meant his first movie as a lead actor.
I like Shia a lot, hes got talent and spark and its good to see him on screen. His roles in "I, Robot", "Disturbia", "Transformers" and especially "Eagle Eye" have been excellent and refreshing whereas I didnt see him fit the newest Indiana Jones at all, but thats probably because the whole movie blew.
well if he ment it by a lead role then yes it was his first movie.
