I saw this movie. His Chinese girlfriend looked like my girlfriend (except of course my GF is hotter), they are also the same age in real life (pretty funny how a 25 year old girl can play a 17 year old, but this just shows how Chinese preserve their young features).

I don't understand why the girls were so obsessed with this Pilgrim, he looks like a frog. At least the actor does. The only reason that actor is famous is because he looks funny and he does comedy.

Until they hit 30, then they age overnight. Like a pear.

Maybe so, but my GF has those vampire teeth that I seem to have developed a thing for lately.

On another note, I also saw Rescue Dawn for the second time recently. I love every movie that has Christian Bale in it, I really think he should get an Oscar for his physical dedication in every movie. I mean look at this:

He lost almost 30kg for this role...

The Fighter is a new movie with Christian Bale, I will see it soon.

Resident Evil: Afterlife is quite possibly the most retarded film I have ever seen.

You don't watch the horror channel much, do you? There is a movie being shown sometime this week that features 'Rowdy' Roddy Pipper as a hero named Hell (so the movie can be called Hell comes to such and such...Toadtown or something) as a hero rescuing the last of the planet's fertile females from evil mutants. The problem? He has a bomb attatched to him. Attatched to his balls!

Besides, I still say Apocolpyse is worse, and Extinction more non-sensical.

I don't know John. Probably because we don't take it seriously and just want to just, you know, watch it with friends and family and laugh at how ridiculous and entertaining it is for what it's trying to be/do? Life doesn't have to be serious you know, when it comes down to these things.

I agree, Apocalypse was much worse, they really screwed it up with nemesis! Nemesis wearing a mini gun and protecting the good guys, damn you Anderson!
What I dont get is that he has made a good film before. Event Horizon was a great film after all.

Where did THAT come from? Haha. It's funny how you can summarise my entire perspective on life from one opinion on a movie. Just because someone doesn't like or enjoy a particular movie doesn't mean that they have a negative outlook on life.

There are many films out there that I find to be so bad that they're good, but Afterlife was not one of them. It's just bad all the way.

The Green Hornet. Awesome film, really.

The TV show is amazing, too. Bruce Lee ftw!

Woah, that's a bit over the top on how I think of you there, John, or where you got that view about your own personal life for that matter if you was looking too deep into the saying I mentioned in my post. I think you must of got the context of my reply wrong since that's a bit over the top as tt was said in a more casual manner when we're talking about the subject of just enjoying a film and not having to be serious about any form of entertainment if you're having a good laugh (laughing at or with the film).

Anyhow moving on, I watched the bone collector and god it's still creepy on some of the deaths the serial killer does to his victims.

Sorry about that, I was trying to edit my post above just now but internet explorer crashed on me when I was trying to make that more clear since I am still waking up at work (Monday mornings for you when you’ve got your mind on other jobs and not paying attention to your sentences and grammar when quickly typing). To put it simple, my post before wasn't being directly personal to you on your reply to Emma but more to everyone on about how people don’t have to be serious to the film and just enjoy it for what it is (you of all best should know how certain fans from resident evil particular “love” the films and be way too serious about it still today).

I apologise if you think I was being personal but I promise you I have no intention of paying much attention to you directly outside of anything that references me from any posts to Emma, or any topics that I like to share my opinion on how I think if anyone was trying to alienate or be aggressive to their opinion to be facts.

Haha, I don't think you were being "too personal" at all. Don't need to apologise for anything.
