I just went to see the the new Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides with a
    friend, brother and his girlfriend.

It was pretty good for an already going stale franchise with it's smart comedy which I
    love.

I just love Cpt. Barbossa in every movie.

Then we just had a blast after the movie quoting and imitating him a lot of his lines
    from the previous movies.

    Arrrggh! xD

Priest. It was one of those movies where one actor saved it all.

Just finished watching The Tunnel, a totally FREE horror movie that was actually pretty damn good! It's like a combination of Creep and REC, if you like abandoned underground tunnels and the "found footage" genre then you'll really enjoy this. I generally don't like the whole "found footage" thing and i enjoyed this, was really tense and kept me on the edge of my seat! You can download it totally legally for free and if you like it there is the option to buy it or just donate some money. Check it out here - http://vodo.net/thetunnel

Hahaha, I think that was part of the reason I LIKED them so much. xD But to each his own, I can see why one would dislike the simularity.

Just got back from seeing Hangover 2. It was hilarious, but not as good as the first one.

I seen Priest last week. My, my, what a messy film. And yes, Karl Urban was the saving grace of that film. Paul Bettany should stay away from Scott Stewart's films. I'm interested in the manhwa series of Priest. They say it differs greatly from the movie since it involves demons instead of vampires.

BEST. SCENE. EVER. Seriously that really was the best part of the whole movie. Hell I flashed back to Defoe in Boondock Saints myself.

Something about you screams troll. gurulistbusters?

I seen Fast Five. My God, Dwayne Johnson is beefed in that film. I felt Fast Five was better than the fourth one. But man, there was only one race in that entire film.

I thought it was over the top as well. But I guess they had to do that to overcome the first film. Some parts were funny, but the first was definitely better (with it being a new concept and all). Also, I didn't find Galifianakis all that funny this time.

    - Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (I don't know what all the hype about this movie was for because it wasn't nearly as great as everyone and their grandmothers told me it would be. It was ok, but not really worth the nine dollars I spent on it.)
Personally I thought that Insidious was one of the best horror films I had seen in cinemas for years. Thought it was much better than Paranormal Activity. I remember that their were a few jokey moments in the film, especially with the two paranormal geeks but I cant remember if it really bothered me all that much. I really loved the music and sound effects in this film, they had a great classic horror vibe to them.

Also I thought Scott Pilgrim vs. The World was amazing.

Weakest part of Scott Pilgrim is Michael Cera. He wasn't the right choice for the character.

Scott Pilgrim is a very manic character filled with life and energy.

And Michael Cera...is pretty much the opposite. He did get Scott down somewhat and all, but his lack of energy on the screen really slowed the character and the movie down.

Best parts of the film were with Ellen Wong, Keiran Culkin, and Brandon Routh.

Wow. I thought everyone had seen that film. O.o

Just remember Alexia, do NOT see Alien 3 or Alien: Ressurection.

Just pretend the series ended at Aliens.

We're watching Aliens 3 tonight. We got the whole thing on DVD really cheap a while back from where my mum works. Alien, Aliens, Alien 3 and 4, Predator 1 and 2 and the AvP films. Gareth said 3 is his favourite although some don't like it and I fancy some more Alien, so why not. I already know it's a pretty much trollalolol plot.

After watching Will Smith's 'I Am Legend', I have a hard time going to see a movie with similar CGi creatures... mainly because of how FAKE they look.

The ones in Priest looked that way too me even on the trailers.

Give me a man in a suit (like in the first two Alien movies) instead of these fakey cgi monsters.
