I'm happy to be back home...had a great time. Eye is still blurry...I'll have to make an appointment for the doctor tomorrow when they are open. But hey...I had a blast. And for the record...explosives rock.

Went to the doctor today (again) for my eye. Different doctor this time...a specialist. He said I had to get an MRI to make sure I didn't have a tumor, multiple sclerosis, or any other neurological disorder. Results came back completely clean, so I'm elated that I don't have anything wrong. Turns out the optic swelling as far as my doctors can tell is strictly a random occurance. I've lost some side vision in my right eye, but I should get 90% of it back as my eye recovers.

Dont be sorry! I'd rather this be completely random than find out its been caused by something more serious. I'm in such a great mood right now. Everyone in my family has been worried since I told them I had to get an MRI done to make sure it wasn't any neurological problems.

My date went good. Took her out to dinner at this expensive place in town (which honestly wasn't that great). We were there for about 2 hours just talking about music,tv,games (she said she doesn't mind RE), life, stereotypes and a bunch of other stuff. This girl actually is a lot smarter than I expected (I knew she was pretty smart from the first time we talked). Shes really down to earth.
Unfortunately...She likes ICP. WWWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!??? ???????????
But its all good. Got another date next Wednesday.

I'm happy because I got lucky. Today is rehearsal and pay day for the music band I work for. I got my earnings in cash in an envelope, which in my utter stupidness I dropped by accident. The envelope had the equivalent in pesos to 130 US dollars (which is a lot of money here), and I realized that I'd lost it when I was driving to my house, and I went berserk for my foolish mistake. My sister convinced me to return to check for it and we found it still on the street, with the cash intact... Talk about turning an epic fail to an epic win.
