- Chris, Sheeva and Wesker are fighting in a "Tri-Cel Africa Branch" bay. The young guy and bird woman work for Tri-Cel, since the PC they're using has the logo.
- Chris' run looks like Arnold in T2.
- Wesker first scene is in the control room of a Russian missile bay

My theories:
- Jill is dead.
- Wesker betrays the lovely Excella, or vice-versa.
- Spencer is hiding in an underground Umbrella bunker. Notice he's hooked up to life support. The Africa leader is protecting him.
- If Wesker unhooks Spencer's life support then they're borrowing heavily from MGS4.
- Bird woman is a B.O.W.
- Last scene in the game occurs as a volcano is erupting.
- Wesker is Spencer's son??
