I could honestly tolerate the first film. But they really screwed up trying to introduce the real characters. Was that supposed to endear them to us? They even fell into the fan fiction, Mary-Sue problem of having their character as the main character. Now, that's forgivable in fan fiction, people just won't read it, but asking money for it is a problem.
The soundtracks, however, I am a fan of. Remixes of songs done specifically for the films was quite a good idea, and they are good remixes too.
