Biohazard Remake (Wii) Boxart Released

Capcom has released the boxart for the Wii version of Biohazard Remake, due out in Japan on 12/25 for ¥4190.

The PAL GC art (if Germany had the same as the rest of Europe) is just classy.

Barely any text and art on the box. Just a logo and some simple pure horror cubed!

As for those of you who are saying how awesome the PAL cover was for REmake...I agree. It is so simple yet effective. I wish we'd gotten that here in the U.S. Also the RE4 PAL cover was awesome...the U.S, one is plastered with Leon "Douchebag" Kennedy's mug.

As for the Jill profile shot on this cover...it screams "Mystery Woman." As that is the profile shot you get of her in the RE5 trailer...the clues are there, people! Either that, or I am crazy!

The US one does also not look bad at all, but the style of the PAL
Cover is quite what you said. I think the colors of the PAL covers
are more intensive. And yes you're right. They really destroyed the
US cover with Leons face (just as they would have with anyone others face). I don't
find the words to explain my reasons but somehow I think the US
cover is just crap. I think (as for Zero) the US NTSC and PAL regions
will never see this game in their stores but somehow I think the US
would get a simple cover this time.

Compare these for example. One screams "fail," while the other doesn't scream anything. It just exudes terror...

If you ask me the cover of RE2 is the best at the moment.
I mean the PAL cover of the NGC version. That cover
has a really impressive style. 1+ for the designers of this cover.

And yeah I have to admit that the PAL Cover of CVX is total crap, only
because Claire's the heroine they mustn't have her facing filling the entire
package.

The Japanese Remake(GC) > PAL > US


I like the PAL cover of 0 over all the other releases too.


The original Bio2 / RE2 PAL PSX box art is good too.


The rest are pretty much neck and neck, with all the CODE Veronica arts being equally as bad as each other.

@Jill's Boob : REmake PAL is the one with the title name right? U.S cover is the one with the zombie grabbing Jill... Are you saying you prefer Pal cover, or that U.S cover could have been better than that?

The RE2 cover is the one i meaned. They also used it (at least) for the UK cover
of the NGC version. And if you look at the PAL Cover of Zero it's just... simple.
Japan often (mostly) get the colorful packages, America is one level lower judging
from the colors but Europe mostly has the really simple covers. Compare the packages
of most games. You will see this theory's mostly right.

If you ask me the PAL Cover is definitely the best.
But the best US Cover is the RE3 PSX cover. The letters have a better style
and the colors are much darker than the colors of the PAL cover.
