Yes that's a typo. And I'm not biased toward the movies. Nothing can beat RE1, 2 and 3. I just thought he was a bit of an idiot in RE3, and a bit of an amateur, I mean, he's 21 in RE3. It was made in the day when they thought the most appealing characters were young pretty boys, and although nowhere nearly as bad as Leon, Carlos does fit the description.
In the movies, he was at least portrayed as more of a hardened soldier.

From their limited videogame personality, I think Jill would go for a guy that's more of an overgrown, slightly obnoxious boy with bad hygiene. Chris would go with some lawyer chick who bosses him around and controls all the money. A chick that throws dishes at him from time to time. Perhaps Alexia Ashford?

Look at her beautiful, big blue heroin glazed eyes in remake. I doubt Jill was even consious of her behavior towards Carlos. She even chuckles all the time at sexual innuendo from her married with children superior. She's also too stoned to be annoyed at him starring at her boobs non stop if you pick the tank top costume in remake. Even I felt dirty playing her in that costume when Barry was around. Of course it doesn't count.

Misguided? Yes. A bitch? No.

i agree, Carlos was attracted to her and was hoping to "get lucky", but she let him hang around so they could escape alive.

Are you sure you didn't get that backwards? Ada used Leon up until her 'final moments' in Raccoon...and they knew each other for what...6 hours tops? Unless you mean by Ada's history of backstabbing and Leon's womanizing attemps as being good for each other, then yeah...sure by all means.

Jill and Chris worked together for a while, and obviously continued to do so. And I don't think she used Carlos...It took him a while to gain her trust, and she had a lot more important things on her mind like getting out of the city. It was a mutal relationship that would have never lead to anything more than a friendship.

Leon was raised by his single mom who despised him because he ruined her Hollywood carreer. Hence why THE dress has him under her control. Leon lives for the abuse. This is why he wouldn't touch Ashley. because she isn't an authority figure.
