It's basically the cast of the RPD Dispatch in the role of stricken RPD officers. Dot voices the main character who's trying to get into radio contact with the rest of the RPD, who are scattered around the city and driven to the point of insanity and defeatism.

no offense but change the theme, the movie while sucked has the coolest RE theme i ever heard. keep the voice in the beginning but maybe have quotes about the virus's

It sounded like somebody accidently had there mic on during the recording cause you can hear someone in the background talking. The same person who says "Kill em all." at the very end of the recording.

That's the point of it.
