Interesting and brilliant all the same, I absolutely love this trailer.

Interesting though who tube lady is though, because we definately see a reaction from Chris there, and if bird woman is revealed in the scene we see in the trailer it means another reaction.

So two reactions to two different moments, could the potential still remain tube lady is someone else, well judging by comments made people who have previewed the game no, but hmm.

I don't know about that, aris...Wesker pretty much "owns" every scene he is in....

But Irving looks much more interesting than he did before. And it is too bad A-J that we already know of Irving's apparent demise.

I never really liked Chris before, but damn this mission seems like the culmination of everything else he's faced.

It seems we're going to get the most distinct and detailed story since CV. Dammit I can't wait.

She was injecting him. Either he is trying to *POWER UP* (sorry, lame Altered Beast reference) or his infection needs stabilizing. My guess, anyway.

Some people that have said she was drawing blood from him made a good point though - the guy in the chair gets Wesker type eyes and then mutates, so I sorta think that she was drawing blood from him. I can't what she'd inject him with anyway, I doubt he'd want a Plagas in him.

But she's sticking the syringe into the side of his arm, and pushing down on the plunger to "inject" something, hence the contents of the barrel flowing toward his arm. Drawing blood requires a hypodermic needle going into a vein and using a vacuum to draw blood into a vial, or the barrel of a syringe. But syringes are most often used for injections, not to withdraw blood.

Ah, yes. I should watch more carefully. I wonder what it was then? A Plagas or a Virus? If it's a Plagas I don't think it bodes well for Wesker.

COOL trailer! Never saw that coming actually. Irving look's great in it, i like it. And Wesker... It's Wesker! He's voice actor did an awesome job! Can't wait for the game.

I mean, really. It would be justified after all Wesker has put him through.

I'd just like to say that I'm also one of those RE fans that has always been about the story over gameplay. Sure, RE4 is my fav. game in the series and the story sucks, but it's only because the gameplay style is literally my favorite gaming engine ever. So, in that case gameplay trumped story. But overall the RE storyline has always made me trudge through tank controls and asinine puzzles. Maybe that's why I'm one of the old school fans that didn't mind the switch in gameplay that came with 4, because I always followed the franchise for the storyline, not the gameplay or atmosphere.

Anyway, with that small rant out of the way I'm 100% positive RE5 will be my fav. in the series. It has the RE4 gameplay I love and yet it actually has a great story that furthers the plot, unlike 4.

Either Jill or Calire is Birdwoman, because I first thought Wesker said Claire, at the end, but he was sayign "Chris, so slow...". But I do think its Jill, makes more sense

Wow, March 13th can't come quick enough!
The trailer kinda confirmed the obvious at the end, but it actually made me even more curious. Plus, is it just me, or does Irving look a bit different than he did in the E3 08 trailer? I thought he had longer hair, odd. Plus I thought he sounded like Rattrap from "Beast Wars" in this one, but that's probably just me (I know, different VA, but still).
Also, 5's soundtrack is already starting to make up for how forgettable RE 4's music was, I'm definitely thinking of buying it when it comes out.

to become a "God," Wesker will need to control his minions much like Saddler did in RE4. And to me, it does appear that Excella is injecting his forearm. Only...will she actually be giving him the "master" sample, or be keeping it for herself, so as to double-cross Wesker when he rejects her advances?
