Auctions with beta in the title automatically goes in for eBay review, it seems. They cannot be found when searching before the auction has been approved. That's why they canceled the DVD I listed - after 6-7 emails back and forth (in all cases except two they managed to copy/paste the exact same reply) I convinced them that the DVD was not PLAYABLE beta code.
