Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City
Delivering a third person shooter team-based experience set in the dark and sinister Resident Evil universe, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City sees players take on the role of an Umbrella Security Service soldier (U.S.S.) in a thrilling triple-threat battle as zombies and favorite B.O.W. (bio-organic weapon) enemies from the Resident Evil series add to the challenge.
A new type of horror comes to Xbox 360 and PS3 on March 20, 2012 when Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City launches in North America, with the PC version to follow. Fans who pre-order the game with GameStop, Amazon.com, or Best Buy will receive one additional costume for each of the six playable characters in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, along with two bonus weapons that are unique for each retailer. A Special Edition of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will also be available featuring a copy of the Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City game, a Steelbook with exclusive art, stylized foil sleeve, Umbrella Security Service embroidered patch, Spec Ops Field Unit embroidered patch, and all 8 bonus weapons.

Capcom - Resident Evil 4 Was A Different Type of Horror, Not Ready to Talk RE6
The following comments come from Capcom's Tsukasa Takenaka, assistant producer...
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/20...t-ditch-horror
"I don't think 4 and 5 are not horror games. What we were trying to do with those games is explore different kinds of horror. For instance, Resident Evil 4 is not about zombies. It's about the Ganados speaking in human words and coming at you with weapons. That's a different kind of horrific thing than zombies. It's not so much that we were going away from horror and towards action. It's more that we were trying to do different kinds of scary experiences. That's maybe something that's got a little confused in terms of the messaging." It's unclear what direction Resident Evil 6 is going to take as of right now. When Takenaka was asked about RE6, he responded with, "I don't know. What's Resident Evil 6?"
New ORC & Revelations article/preview over at 1up:
The preview deals with how these two games try to cater to vets and casuals. With Revelations trying to be a "new" type of survival horror game while ORC tries to deliver an action-based game that continues with the formula that made the last few entries of the RE series so successful while diggin' into the nostalgia factor as well by including classic scenarios and characters.

Both of the Wii Chronicles games are being ported to the PS3 with full move support. The title is "BIOHAZARD Chronicles HD". No word if it's on disc or just a downloadable.

Not 100% on this (can't read Japanese), but it looks as though Jessica and O'Brian are confirmed for Raid Mode on the official site. What's this? I'm bringing up Revelations without some type of complaint!?

Yeah, Smiley what's with you? You're losing your edge, my friend. LOL
Anywhoo, here's another recent article about ORC:
It deals with Dev Jones saying that the game was created due to the great demand for an action-packed TPS game.
