After messing with the brightness and such, I was able to make the shot of his arm a bit better, and yes, there are actually two tentacles coming from his arm.

It should be noted that some of the animations aren't final on the parasites. Theres some scenes which show the "mouth" parasites coming through the guys chin and such.

I think it would be interesting to have the parasites come from different parts of the body. It will inhabit a host entirely...erupting from the back and arms would make perfect sense.

I'd hate to see a parasite come from anywhere near the groin area. Capcom doesn't need to get into the "Tentacle Monster Rape" scene anymore than it already has...

RE4 was so filled with innuendos it wasn't even funny.

Just a guess, but as the parasite grows it can probably pop out of various places. It comes out the mouth because it starts in the stomach and that's the easier access, but I imagine it starts taking the body over rather like creepers in piping. If it needed large ammounts of water it would explain the cracks in folks skin.

But yeah. The end boss is likely, as usual, to have more tenticles than a Japanese school girl can scream at.

Oh my... Douglas was ok as a Waugh-replacement in a low-budged RE game. But in the long run, his Wesker was worse than Waugh's. I really hope that Capcom hire Waugh again.
