The Video Mixer is now up
http://www.residentevil.com/5/kijuju/mixer/
Just saw this mixer thing and.... what's the point? o.O
http://media.xbox360.ign.com/media/7...80/vids_1.html
IGN has some new videos taken from the demo.
Not quite sure if this is "News" but, the artist who is responsible for the cover of the new Resident evil 5 prequel comics, Kevin Sharpe has a DEVIANTart account (http://kevin-sharpe.deviantart.com/)
Since DC/Wildstorm has just released the March Comic solicits, I think its pretty safe to let y'all know that Im doing The New Resident Evil miniseries. It'll be six issues and i can't say much about it other than its tied to the new RE game coming out. what i can tell you is that the stuff i've seen from the Game looks BEAUTIFUL ( in a sick and twisted way) If you don't believe me, check out the various video game websites.
He has posted an unused sketch for '3' (which I'm assuming is the third issue)
Here it is:Heres a cover that wont be used for 3. Ill post the one i did that they used as soon as the book is solicited. but for now, heres what might have been...LOL.

Dead Rising 2 confirmed multiplatform in upcoming Famitsu, due to release in 2009.

Also, as probably inspired by the uproar all over the net over the RE5 demo, IGN offers "5 Quick Fixes" for RE5:

While not strictly Resident Evil, it's kinda funny and relative to RE:
Zombies in Texas:

A "Wall Of Fame" has been added to the Kijuju site displaying the pictures of the top 5 sharers'. Rombie is in there at no. 4. The link to the wall is located at the bottom of the Kijuju site next to the other links.

The top sharer has his Majini self walking across the front of the screen on the regular RE5 site. His name is Rameez Yousefi and had 4,206 views. ___He looks like some terrorist who is good with proxies....jk....hope he isn't a member here....I'll take my chances

It is also worthy to note that there will be a new set of winners (top 5 sharers') for every phase of the Kijuju viral site. All get inducted into the Kijuju site "Wall Of Fame". With the top sharer becoming a Majini on the regular RE5 site. That gives THIA members a chance to post their mugs on the websites.

Another thing to note about that top list is once you've won once you can't win again so it's fair to other people. This is good considering the scope we saw for blogs to get a large lead in the first round. They didn't stick around though, because I was knocked off the top 10 for a while and ended up in 4th overall.

Read the last line or two. New trailer coming soon? Or could it refer to a new live-action vid on the site?

Empire gave the game 5/5.
The review appears to have been taken off the site though which suggests that the review embargo has yet to be lifted (not until mid-Feb IIRC).
G4 Interview(a week or so old but I don't see it mentioned)
-The reasoning behind the inclusion of the classic "tank" control scheme
-Action game influences which have offered up an alternative control scheme
-Computer A.I. and how it stacks up against a human ally
-Jill Valentine's "death"
-and the precursor info to the recently announced U.S. demo release date

If you go here...
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/r/residentevil5/
And once the page has loaded, press Shift + 5 a little easter egg on the page will animate, you'll see the face of a El Gigante, and the word 'BADLANDS' will appear briefly. Clicking on the image will take you to the viral site, so it's most likely the password for the next stage.
Edit: Ooops, didn't check out Evil Shadys link. Yeah, it's detailed in there.
Oh yeah, there's a new file on the Japanese BSAA site, it shows a pic on an airboat.

Now the jeep is on the BSAA website
Q&A with Marcus Nispel - the director of the viral videos - from the phase 2 of the viral site has been unlocked.
Kijuju blog has been updated.
