Actually, yes it does. Capcom's team of super powered Ninja Lawyers review the board now and then, so it's against the rules to mention downloading games, movies or music illegally. The only exception is beta material of already released games.

And yes, you must pay to play. If there's a way to do it for free it's not gonna be legal...and you guessed, can't be discussed here.

i know you don't need one, but i personally want one and can't be faffed setting up a Emulator because i have a Mac and i would have to run parallels and then the emulator and it would be too long to get on just to play a game. Last time i used PCSX2 it sucked on Outbreak; is that what your implying i should use?

I thought you had a fat pal ps3 with backwards compatibility for the ps2 you should be able to bypass the region check using your swap magic dvd disc for playing the biohazard outbreaks.

oh yeah; i'l be trying it when my swap magic is delivered to my house but in the unlikely case it won't work il buy a PS2. I will be paying for this game and I'm trying to get my friend to join as well which he probably will because we both love outbreak. Unfortunately the Swap magic will probably take up to two weeks to come because it is coming from Europe but hopefully it will be sooner and then i will be able to play online (hopefully).

Sorry for the double post; just another quick question. How much per month do the servers cost? if there is an average amount a a ranged amount i would like both. i have heard it ranges from $1-$10

It can cost up to 14$ even the month when I don't play, idk why it varies.

it states on the KDDI FAQ it is 900¥ (945¥ with tax) so what is the lowest it can be?

Expect to pay up to 14$ sometimes is all I can say. The first month might be cheap. Anyway, it's hard to cancel and they always get their money. Which I'm happy about because I forgot to fill my prepaid in time twice so far and they still charged it.

I have a Japanese PS3 and copies of both games. Can i do a HDD install of the game on my PS3?

I would seriously doubt it. It wasn't possible for the US version.

Won't work on any PS3 with any version due to it not supporting the expansion ps2 port if your wanting to cut down on load times you can use Open PS2 Loader http://opl.psx-scene.com/ with swap magic and load it off a USB HDD or Network i'm not sure if it supports loading images of the internal ps3 HDD yet.

( but one good thing about this is .. hey maby now that means we will get ported versions for ps3 with new servers they are letting go of the old ones for new ones who knows)
