Silent Hill 3: I'm stuck!

Very nearly at the very beginning of the game. In the OtherWorld shopping mall, I've gone through every door, and looked through everything (or at least everything that I can find) No walk-through I have seen seems to help because they don't specify anything.
Can somebody please help me?

i'm going to bet you're missing the Bar BQ Dog key, i got stuck in that part the first time too ..

it's the door right next to the upper end of the stairs.

I'm where there's this room that has a wire hanger in it and a locked door, but it's dark and won't let you take the oh-so-shiny hanger.

you didn't pick up the flash light ?

it's in one of the rooms nearby .. the room with the light switch, turn the lights off and you'll see it even more clearly.

in the hall with the shutter you can crawl under .. just check every door you encounter .

Okay. I could only find one door that wasn't unlocked, and it was the one where it's all dark and there's the shiny hanger that I can't take because it's so dark.

its the room with the boxes, i think the Store Room, it should write it on your map, i got lost here also, but backtracking never fails lol
