There's no information about them being DLC for consoles. That picture is from RE5 for PC.

For all we know, the costumes are PC-exclusive.

I said 'for all we know.' No one knows if it's exclusive or not, but it could be. It could also be DLC. We don't know yet.

wouldn't mind spending like 100 pts for 1 costume. Knowing Capcom with DLC *cough* SF4 */cough* it will run us 400 pts >>

at least make more characters for versus to put in there.
