It's Paula Dean...She's from the Southern part of the United States (Georgia, I believe), and is on the Food Network. She is renowned for cooking things with A LOT of butter and grease...Basically, "good ole Southern cookin.'" She also has a few restaurants.
I actually met her sons when I worked in Downtown Charleston.

Just quickly got a few photos I've got from holiday so far. Today I have been on the rhinos (big quad bikes) going across the big dune desert around here and it hasb een fantastic. I've even got the right clothing for protecting my face from the sand when driving! Enjoy folkes.
