Because those aren't his words. His whole post is taken from another source. That is one of the PMs I posted publically on Bioflames, from Clayonite, a moderator of the old Capcom Europe forums. He PMed me that information years ago, back when he posted a couple of images from the BH2 Beta WIP disc he had. I talked to him through PMs, and it wasn't until 2007 I believe that I posted the PMs publically on Bioflames.
Does anybody have any pictures of 1.5s inventory screen? I remember seeing one a while back but I never saved it.

"One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate... and thus defy the tyrannous stars."
Resident Evil - Castlevania - Silent Hill - Onimusha - Tekken
The keepers diary was talking about the Hunters. They look like skined Gorillas.

I always thought the dog keeper was referring to the hunters, though gorillas with scales would be more accurate. I remember my friend being convinced that he meant chimeras, being that they actually look skinned and have the size comparison.
Or the Tick Hunters from the Sega Saturn Version of RE1
I was going to mention that the ticks would be a more accurate comparison because of the color (and the advent of Dot's deadpan shot). Vis a vis 1.5, I think it depends on where they were created (I'm not sure if Birkin's labs were closer to or farther from the city in this version, they could've been a product of there).

How is exactly what possible?
Mind elaborating a little bit on what you're asking about?

I think he might mean how is it possible he saw a version of 1.5 with the last mission in it, ie. a complete 1.5?
And.. a man spider? :S
^ I think a Man-Spider was a scrapped enemy. I've seen it somewhere on Survivhor, maybe also Project Umbrella.
One of Birkin's transformations, perhaps? You could say that the "man-spider" became that form of his (G3 I believe) with all of those appendages.

http://www.survivhor.com/RE1.5/ARTWORKS/07/index.html I think the one on the upper-right is the 'Man-Spider'. Is it? Not sure.
Edit: Also, http://www.survivhor.com/RE1.5/ARTWORKS/04/index.html , if you look at the upper in-game shot of '1.5 G', he seems to be killing, or slamming out of the way, a 'Man-Spider'. But then again, it could just be a normal (giant) Spider.
