Guarantee that Wesker is going to transform just like at the end of RE5. These clones will ruin the movie and it will be awful. All that being said I'm sure mostly everyone who complains about the movies will go see it anyways because theres always that glimmer of hope that maybe it will be a half decent movie.

This should be interesting at least. Got to cross fingers to find anything funny to be used for gifs in the teaser.
Paul W.S. Anderson: How nice of you to join us. RE: Afterlife is on the eve of its appearance. Six billion cries of agony will birth a new balance. Soon even you will understand...one glimpse of my new world (millions of clones of my star/wife), and it will all make perfect sense.
Audience: Cover your eyes!
Anderson: Unfortunately, it’s too late for you. This film, despite being utter rubbish and in defiance of good taste, will make lots of money!

Really? "In defiance of good taste?" So I have bad taste in movies? I love how people think these movies are supposed to be Oscar contenders. They're just good popcorn movies. Well, good is debatable (I like them anyway), but still. It's a video game movie, not an Academy Award winner.

Who on Earth would think these films are supposed to be award contenders? Honestly, who? (Unless you're speaking of the Razzies.) My post is a joke. Jesus Christ, why do you get so bent out of shape over people's OPINIONS on these films? You like them, others do not. It's not the end of the world.
I made a joke about "good" (being entirely subjective) taste, and you came in swinging for the fences. Then contradicted yourself by saying that "good" is actually....wait for it..."debatable." Even so, good taste - at least concerning motion pictures - is often indicated by respectable awards (voted on by people of importance in the film industry), rather than box office receipts. So I guess my statement does have some merit.
What is your point, exactly? That it's okay if a person likes the films, yet bad if another person does not like them? Yeah, that's fair.
You claim that YOU know people that like the films. Does that automatically make it a valid argument? Well, I know people that don't like the films. What does that mean, then?
It all means that some people like things, while other people do not like the same things. It has something to do with individual preferences...

My point was showing that it doesn't take a genius to know that there are different audiences for different things, and the "success" on the films you can see around that this audience enjoys this series (a pretty obvious statment even to say to begin with). I was giving reference my reply above with an example. It’s not rocket science but I can see that your eager enthusasm for anything related to the films in your post history clearly shows to jump in on people when they give their opinion on such matters. More power to you I’d say if you wish to be that way.
Which you probably said after seeing the first film. And then you said it again after the second. And there you are saying it after the third...etc etc yawn yawn.
The above sentence is very incoherent, and poorly constructed. Are you trying to tell me that fans of the RE films like the RE films? Gasp! You are right, it is NOT rocket science!
Wow. Way to try to validate your argument with false information.I can see that your eager enthusasm for anything related to the films in your post history clearly shows to jump in on people when they give their opinion on such matters.
I went back through 500 of my posts in my user history, dating back to April 2009, and could only find TWO posts where I said anything about the RE live action films – one on 10/1 and another on 8/25. Neither post said anything negative about fans of the RE live action films. So there goes your idea about jumping “in on people when they give their opinions on such matters.”
What’s that which you said to me in another post that now applies to you? Oh yeah, here it is: Excellent detective skills you have there.![]()
I'll watch the fourth film by whatever means necessary. Just as i watched the first film. And then the second. And then third. Because for one, it's a whole lot better to slag them off having actually seen them. And i'll watch the fifth. Then the sixth. Then the seventh. And however many it takes before Sony give up on the franchise.
Why? Because i'm a glutton for punishment, and i figure it can't be long before Sony actually produce a decent action movie in it's own right, one that makes it a little easier to swallow that it has the Resident Evil branding attached to it.hahahaha! Oh, you win!![]()
^I just like to verify my information before I post. I don't want to go spouting off at the mouth uninformed and full of bias, like you do.
And actually, you win...you're a nearly 30-year-old who spends countless hours on multiple RE forums on a daily basis, talking tough to teenagers and college students! I also loved the picture of you that you-know-who posted of you in the banned thread (before it was deleted). So dashing!

I've gotta be honest...being attractive to people on the internet isn't the most pressing of matters. I'm completely honest about my weight problem, i've never shyed away from it...but you know, good effort on trying to take things personal though!
For someone who likes to point out my internet usage so, SO much, it's funny you have a higher post per day ratio than me.

Kind of like how you commented on something in this thread that didn't even involve you to begin with? Or what was it last week, when you didn't bother to provide a substantial response to something we were disagreeing on and instead said that my grasp of the English language was far inferior to your own. Haha. Let me guess, you're not only a poet laureate/master wordsmith, but you're also extremely wealthy, famous, and really strong too, right?
Is it? Except that I'm only a member of one forum though. Will you include your post count from Biohazard or whatever the other site is called? Not to mention, you've been a member here far longer than I have. Is the post count a simple mathematical function based on posts made divided by length of membership, or is it based on activity only on days you sign in? So many little factors to consider. Not to mention the countless posts you've made (like the recent argument with Beasley in the banned thread) which were ultimately deleted. Why, your post count could be astronomical! For someone who likes to point out my internet usage so, SO much, it's funny you have a higher post per day ratio than me.
Either way, we're probably both on our way to some infractions/warnings for derailing the thread. Back to your trolling now. Thanks for chiming in though!
On topic, people. You know personal comments don't fly. I won't warn you again.
I'm personally looking foward for the upcoming teaser for the fourth RE movie.
