I love that Conrad is a parody of fanboys. They even used him as a reference to the ammo/thermal clip complaints. "Well that seems like a step backwards!" and they referenced that glitch in ME2 of him saying Shepard pointed a gun at him, even if you were a paragon. Even referencing how you can ask questions twice and, "I should go" I dunno, for as sad as the guy is, my Shepard has always been sympathetic. And it ended up proving useful.
Mordin and Thane's deaths were just so heavy, but at least they both died heroes. Kai Leng, you WILL die.
Endings were the biggest bunch of bullshit I've ever seen. I feel like I've wasted over 180 dollars on a series just for Bioware to give me the finger.

Seriously upset.
Spoiler:
I know the feeling. I was utterly pissed. In the end, all the choices we made were rendered useless by "multiple endings" that are only a palette swap. Problem is that Mass Effect 3 itself is a FANTASTIC game. It's the endings that screw the whole thing up.
I'm helping the guys at the Facebook page for the movement to fix the endings. While I usually feel that petitions and things like these don't work, I really think that this one is going to achieve somethings. 8000+ members in 4 days. That's have to count for something.
So if you want to support, please give us a like at "Demand a Better Ending to Mass Effect 3" on Facebook, or follow @ReTakeME3 on Twitter. BioWare can't hide forever.

Those endings ruined an entire series, which is a damn shame because the whole game up until that point was excellent. I hate that fucking stupid kid. The Illusive Man was handled well, he remains my favourite character. So glad he didn't mutate or anything. He was a final boss, except it was a conversation and not a physical fight.

Spoiler:
The only thing that kind of impressed me is that in the end, The Illusive Man's idea was the paragon choice, while Anderson's was the renegade.
Anything else was utter garbage, the Catalyst kid was just... stupid.
I expected Shepard to die, but man, this was such a heartbreaker.

It's even worse that it's really only one ending with a minor variance on the color of the pulse. Not to mention that it renders all other choices made useless and contradicts established character arcs if you choose the supposed "best" options. There is hope though, because there is a certain amount of evidence that suggests that the ending is a halluciantion/indoctrination and that Bioware actually has something else up its sleeves. I'm all for believing that at the moment.
Aside from that, the rest of the game was (mostly) excellent. Combat was challenging, characters were still awesome to interact with, and the scope of the game was fairly massive as advertised. I do think they made a couple missteps that interfered with my enjoyment of the game, such as reapers in the galaxy map, long loading times, badly handled side quests, etc.
I am at the point here the second half of the demo takes place, my gameplay runs like this (this video shows a point I have not reached yet) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gidPpmtmnWk
Drops down to 1 frame per 1-3 seconds, totally unplayable.
Again, fuck Bioware. FUck SOny too, why the hell do Sony allow the release of shit like this.

I was really considering playing through the entire series back-to-back, reading the novels in-between and such. Now that I know what ridiculous, contrived, moronic crock of bullshit awaits me at the end of an otherwise amazing series, I can safely say: fuck that.
Spoiler:
By the way, there's an extra scene where Shepherd lives. Anyone know how to get it?
PROJECT Umbrella - The BIOHAZARD/RESIDENT EVIL Compendium Their struggle for existence is over for the time being. But a sin violating sanctuary isn't forgiven. This is not just an end. This is the end of a beginning.

Spoiler:
You have to choose "Destroy" and have enough war assets (can't remember the exact number, sorry)

Spoiler:
As DarkMemories said, you need an effective military strength of 5000 (SP War Assets x MP Percentage of Galactic Readiness from Galaxy at War = SP Effective Military Strength). At the end you choose the destroy ending. You get to see Shepard's chest on a pile of rubble, breathing for 1 sec. You tell me if it's worth it.

I chose to destroy the Reapers. After all, that's what my ultimate Paragon Shepard set out to do from the beginning. He also 'survived' with that scene at the end where he takes a breath. Overall I'd have to say I'm extremely satisfied with the game, but the ending was pretty bad. The Catalyst kid AKA God or whatever it was supposed to be, had my scratching my head.
I'm gonna try seeing all three endings later. Curious to see how they play it with either A. controlling the Reapers or B. creating a hybrid species? WTF? Weird fucking shit. My War Assets were well over 6,000 so apparently I'm primed for the 'best' endings? I dunno, man. Shame it had to end this way.
EDIT:
The more I think about the ending I got, the more I'm okay with it.
Spoiler:
The Reapers and all synthetics were destroyed. Basically, life started over. And for being the ultimate Paragon, my Shepard somehow survived. I also enjoyed the scene after the credits with the boy and his relative talking about 'the Shepard.' Nice touch. I was just a bit turned off by the Catalyst thing. What was it? A VI? God itself? I'm not sure what they were going for. I'll have more insight once I see the other two endings later.
