It does. The atmsophere is thick and rich and creamy. As I mentioned in the other thread, my main bug bear is Leon making more of an appearence than the four currently known main characters. And all the other crap that bugs me and I've ranted about elsewhere.

I'll be crossing my fingers that Paul voices Leon in this game, since I quite enjoy his voice and I don't see any reason why they wouldn't book him. I think he did just fine in DSC as portraying a younger Leon, and it seems a bit silly if they decided to go with another voice actor just because this is different take on the series' canon.

I actually prefer Paul Haddad (the voice actor for Leon Kennedy in RE2) over Paul Mercier who I feel made Leon seem more emotionless and one dimensional. Sort of the same way I feel about Joe Whyte doing Chris Redfield over Roger Smith and Albert Wesker's voice being done by Richard Waugh who made Wesker sound more dangerous compared to D.C. Douglas (although I guess I understand why they chose D.C. Douglas for RE5) but even Peter Jessop (REmake Wesker) I thought was more convincing then Douglas.
But yeah, it's only a very short teaser. And yeah, Capcom wants to attract a larger audience by showing the Leon lovers and (RE4) fans that their character is in the game. Nothing's wrong with it. It's pretty smart and it makes sense since we already know that this is based mainly around RE2/RE3.
Wait till Capcom's special event or even E3. I'm sure we'll see more.

My thoughts are that they just used a voice clip from another character as a temporary placement, since that is obviously not Paul Mercier. But, if it turns out that they are not using Paul for this game, that would be a huge disappointment, to me. Originally Posted by Archelon

The atmosphere looks ok but the animation looks stiff. It's too early to say anything about it, but please don't be a left 4 dead mod in 3rd person or Socom. I want to be excited but I'm cold as ice right now.

Think I'l have to watch that in slow motion before I can make my opinion everything was going to damn fast. Did anyone else feel the music was very Silent Hillish?
Slant 6 and Capcom yes Leon indeed what the hell is going on here?

So it's a fact that Leon will be the main character again? isn't he getting the star role in the new movie? Bleh.. i was happy to play as new characters, and thought i would have the chance to kill him off raccoon city but i think Capcom has another plan for him, he will be more likely a plot device...

This is going to be Haunting Leon Kennedy. I was curious about haunting down Rebecca, or have the chance to save Brad from Nemesis.. i don't like the fact the game is mainly focused on Leon.. i hope it does not!
