He's still building it, and as far as I know, has yet to release anything but videos to the public. And yes, Seiya is on THIA, although I don't think I've seen him in a long time.

it seems to only play it is to load the games, can u not go thru door to door?

tried it out. works pretty well. some changes need ot be made for the platinum version for it to work but this is due to folder differences from my end

The only thing which I find a little awkward is that he uses the Chemicals as health items.
They were used to create Grenade Launcher ammo (in RE2, not 1.5)! I doubt injecting/eating/doing whatever with them would do ya any good!

But seriously, if SeiyaK0u has the stamina and motivation to go trough with this project we'll have another must play modification at hand!

Yea, i had a video up a few years back that got taken down from youtube showing you the combinations and what GL ammo that stuff made.
