Nah, I agree. Out of everything they're changing/adding, did they really need to change the HUD? It looked fine before, now it just looks ugly and cramped.

You do have a choice. Let's not play this off as otherwise. Face it, Capcom continues to do this because gamers like us bend over upon each re-release that comes out.

So what do you do? Not buy it at launch or not buy the new version or buy both. If you choose the latter then Capcom wins and you are short even more money than you should have paid for their services.

I called this out long ago and trust me when I say that if you willingly buy a Capcom product now, complain about the re-release and yet still choose to buy it you'll get no sympathy from me.

Either still being worked on (or is done and they have finished balancing him) for DLC or he has been scrapped entirely.

EDIT: I really do hope that Pheonix's theme is this. Can't wait to have him in my team <3

Haha, I sold MvC3 when this rumor sprouted up last week. This makes me happy. Although I can't see myself buying this game again because I got bored with it after a week or two, I think that the additions to both sides are nice. Nemesis is awesome and I'm sure Vergil will kick ass just like Dante, and I love the additions of Hawkeye and Iron Fist for Marvel. Dr. Strange could be pretty sweet too.
