Capcom-Unity had a poll recently asking if people would buy it should Capcom bring it over to the US. The poll results were overwhelmingly "No," so it seems unlikely.

Still, even if it is brought over to the US (or elsewhere), there will be cheap knock offs on eBay regardless.
