Yeah, I've seen the model kits. Jill's boobs are ridiculous! The're bigger than her head! (kinda cool though ). I've also seen the ones that Selfishgene mentions and they look good too. But if you didn't paint them well... they wouldn't look so good. I think they might be from Malaysia if I remember right. They aint to expensive and I might get them one day (I used to paint these little metal figures called 'Citadel Miniatures').

Those new ones are nice. Jill and Rebecca look great but I reckon Ada's face looks wrong and it's disappointing that she's in the EXACT same pose as the Necca and Agatsuma figures (how bout some variety!).

Nemi-lover, I know how you feel. I think I mentioned earlier in this thread about my own difficulties in putting the Type-3 together, after finally collecting all the pieces. As others have said, hot water worked for me. Just soaking the 'knob' and the hole you're trying to put it in. I had to use a lot of force and I was worried I was gonna break something but I did manage to do it without damaging anything.

the peice under the head of the nemesis kinda broke, but im going to glue it back. It is a very bad plan by moby dick, as i've once said and to make someone buy all 16 or whatever figures just for that. I'm not saying this is bad but man is it big, i need a bit of room to put him laying down. So has anyone got any moc figures for sale or a limited edition of nemesis type 3 with box . btw MattJon i'm going peterbourgh and cambridge in easter, would you recommend anywhere gd or fun to do in peterbourgh?

hey just an interest but does anyone have any of the moby dick doulble packs? It's just that i was looking at the jill one and saw the back of the box. It's interesting that they didn't make the whole line ups, but the thing i was interested in was the claire and type 2 nemesis, even tho it really should be jill, they made the nemesis type 2 picture have a green kinda body. i just wanted to know if there might of been a green variant of this figure and also if someone with the box to a double pack could stick a picture of the nemesis on here, like a close up.

I dont think they ever did a Claire x Nemesis 2 pack. I do know a 2pack with Chris and Mr X made its way out, but IIRC it was a "RESIDENT EVIL" branded one, which might explain things.

The Green Nemesis Type 1 you are talking about is from a Limited Edition pack, where its just him alone in a single package. The color on him is more green.

There were two packs of Jill and Hunter, Jill and Drain Demos, Jill and Brain Sucker (I forget which costume was packed in which), and Carlos and Nemesis I.
I'm quite certain Dot's correct, in that the Chris & Tyrant 2 pack was only released in the Resident Evil packaging. They were also released as singles (but I'm not sure under which line).

After that the two packs were abandoned, for the single figures (with the above mentioned overlap, and single Nemesis I). They must have never hit production, because I've never seen a two pack for sale, sold out, or advertised anywhere (other then the back of the early boxes).

I got out of that game a while ago What really sent me off was the prices a former Palisades employee wanted for prototype figures. They are insane (and still on ebay to this day). Stuff like that is just really demoralizing to me. I have a terrible habit of wanting to collect everything in a series. The figures eventually became too much money (especially the Palisades ones) so I bailed out

I have photographs and some info on how the releases all came together, I really should form them into a feature soon.

thats what i hate about getting into collecting these late, all the moby dick etc are too expensive, gd old shildo who has that amazing collection seems to have no problem with getting them lol. I just wished they were only like £7 each and they sold them in game and toy shops for you to just go in and buy, but i guess those lucky ebay sellers have me and a some others hooked. ANYONE GOT ANY MOBY DICK MOC FOR SALE, except i would prefer uk sellers, as postage can ruin the buying experience. Next figure to make should be Barry, i have no clue why they haven't made one, like the first series of r.e by toy biz, made chris, jill, forest etc but no barry (or wesker ). What would be the one figure you would want to see? Also do you think its better to only have one of one figure, such as only have one wesker or one nemesis type 2 etc, i kinda prefer that, as it makes it that much special to have in your collection.

I finally took a few photos of some of my RE gear. I've got my figs in a cabinet I refer to as my RE-shrine. I had to get a 2nd cabinet for my other RE stuff like the games, guides, books, comics and various gear. I've also got a lot of posters and some t-shirts that arn't in the pics. It's by no means 'complete' but my RE collection has been building up over the years...
The shrine is set up with the 1st shelf being mostly RE, REmake and RE-Zero, the 2nd shelf RE2, the 3rd shelf RE3 and the 4th shelf RE-CV and RE4.

pic4 is cabinet #2.

Now, it's not often that I see a piece of biohazard/resident evil merchandise, and I have absolutely no idea what it is, or roughly when it was released. That happened to me today. I saw this.





She was 19,800yen, so about $175USD. Very pricey for what it is. But I figured if I didn't buy it, I'd be kicking myself for eternity.
I asked the shop vendor a bit about it (well my friend with me did). They said it was made by a local, and authorized from Capcom in a very limited run. The one I have is numbered 0009. The other one in the shop was 0035. On the box it says it was made by VOLKS.INC, which is actually the name of the shop I bought her from.
Although pricey, she may just be the rarest thing in my collection at the moment.






The same store also had the Dragon figures, 8,600yen for the pair. I grabbed those too. Years ago I was soooo close for paying about $100 each for them, but declined. I think getting those both for what I consider really cheap, helps me justify the above Claire... Just a little...

I went looking for some new Zelda Gashapons. Couldn't find those, but I found this instead. It's an old Jill Valentine figure from the 'Capcom Gals' line, from 2001.


I also found this.


It's in a damaged box, but it only cost me 580yen (about $5!).
I've never seen a Moby Dick G2 in a blister package? I understood that they were in window boxes? Am I wrong? The package says 'Figure video', but the video isn't included. I thought even the grey editions were in boxes? I also understand the grey edition doesn't have the video?

Both figures are in a box and only the colored version has the video tape included.

I'm looking for a colorec and COMPLETE G2 figure if someone is interested ;)

Thanks S-Gene... Yep it's a metal card case with a flip lid and came with a biohazard bullet on a chain, with the box being a replica of the in game ammo pick ups. I didn't realize it was rare I've also got 2 Outbreak memory cards. A white one and the silver one that comes in a medical dish. At the time when I bought them, I needed more memory cards and getting them online was less than half the price of buying boring old 'normal' ones in the shops here.
Great score with the MD-G2 figure! I've looked at buying that SO many times but the price always goes up beyond what I want to pay. There's a dark version and the one that comes with the video. Looks like you got that one, without the video but it's still an awesome deal!!! $5 The packaging IS different to other ones I've seen. Weird.
I've always wondered what's on the video...

Actually, that's about how much I paid for it (but I'm not selling it). I got all the MD figures some years ago, before RE4 made the franchise so popular and the prices so high. Back in the days when it was still possible to find bargains online... Rebbeca, Leon, Licker, Nemesis type2 etc. I got em' all for about $15-$20 each.
